Job summary

Sora Resource Group in North Carolina seeks an onsite Project Manager/ Superintendent for new custom-home construction across Monroe and Charlotte sites. You will plan and schedule subcontractors to ensure the build pace meets design deadlines and homeowner expectations.

The role emphasizes hands-on site leadership, budgeting, safety, and clear communication with homeowners and trades. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in residential/new-construction leadership and a proven ability to manage 8–10

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Ability to manage 8–10 projects simultaneously with homes up to $525–625k.
• 4+ years proven track record in operations and new construction leadership.
• Strong teamwork and excellent customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Site management from design through c/o, including subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
