Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a Project Manager - Superintendent for new custom-home construction, working onsite across multiple job sites in Monroe and Charlotte, NC. You will plan and schedule subcontractors to meet design and build timelines.

The ideal candidate has strong residential construction experience, can manage 8–10 active projects simultaneously, and communicates effectively with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Managing 8–10 projects concurrently with homes priced up to $525k–$625k.
• 4+ year proven track record in operations & project leadership for New Construction.
• Strong teamwork and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage construction site activities from design/pre-con through contracts, safety, and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
