Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously (8–10).
• Strong communication with customers, homeowners, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site construction from design/precon through contracts, scheduling, and c/o.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining quality.
