Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an onsite Project Manager - Superintendent for new custom-home construction to lead multi-site builds in the Monroe/Charlotte NC area. You will plan and schedule subcontractors, coordinate design through preconstruction, and ensure on-site execution matches the project timeline and quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years in residential construction, preferably with on-your-lot or scattered-lot projects, and strong client communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years proven track record in residential construction operations and project leadership.
• Experience with on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds preferred.
• Strong communications with customers/owners and teams.
