Sora Resource Group is seeking a Project Manager – Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. The role requires overseeing multiple live projects, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and guiding work from design through CO to ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

The position offers a competitive 80k–90k salary (DOE), a bonus per home, and allowances for auto and phone, plus benefits like PTO and healthcare.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-site or scattered lot builds.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 8–10 projects concurrently with high-end homes.
• 4+ year proven track record in operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building skills and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsabilidades

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Site management from design and pre-con process through subcontractor selection and contracts to safety and scheduling through CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
