Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a Project Manager - Superintendent for on-site, multi-site work on new/custom homes in the Monroe/Charlotte NC area. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, plan schedules, and guide the build from design through close-out, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in residential/new construction leadership, experience managing 8–10 projects, and strong communication with clients and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (new/custom homes preferred).
• Manage 8–10 projects concurrently with homes priced up to $525–625k (avg).
• 4+ year proven track record of operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design/precon through contracts, safety, and scheduling to close-out.
• Monitor budget and schedule while maintaining construction quality.
