Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an on-site Project Manager - Superintendent for new custom-home construction across Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will plan and schedule subcontractors, oversee design-to-build processes, and ensure quality, safety, and timely execution on multiple custom homes.

Ideal candidates have residential construction experience, manage 8–10 homes at once, and excel in team-building and client communication to deliver high satisfaction and strong results.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Managing 8–10 projects concurrently.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage site construction from design/pre-con through contracts, scheduling, and safety.
• Monitor budget and schedule while overseeing quality.
