Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing 8+ projects simultaneously.
• 4+ years of site-operations and project leadership in New Home Construction.
• Strong communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
• Regulating budgets and managing job costs.
