Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead and supervise all aspects of assigned projects, including new construction, renovations, and service upgrades. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining strong client relations to achieve successful outcomes.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple sites, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field or 4+ years of PM/coordination experience.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in building solutions (HVAC/BMS/Fire Alarm/Access Control).
• Experience with schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as the main contact for subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor milestones and maintain documentation, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee change orders, procurement, risk management, and safety compliance throughout the project.
