Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5–7 years of project management experience in building solutions (HVAC controls, BMS, fire alarm, or access control)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Visio
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and change orders

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities to deliver on time and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, clients, and internal teams as primary point of contact
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Identify and pursue change order opportunities and document impacts
• Ensure project documentation, quality standards, and compliance
