Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC, a Sterling, VA–based building solutions provider, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to turnover, including new construction, renovations, and service upgrades. You will drive schedules, budgets, procurement, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role supports Ft. Meade and the Baltimore area and requires 8–10 years PM experience in building systems and a bachelor’s degree in

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience in building solutions (HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety or related)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required
• Strong financial management and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination from kickoff to turnover, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage procurement, subcontracts, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for executives and clients.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
