Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a Project Manager II to lead mid-size commercial projects, driving quality, safety, and profitability. You will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, using Procore to track progress and costs for projects in the $15M–$30M range.

You will supervise field teams, coordinate with preconstruction and VDC, and ensure successful closeout while maintaining owner satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-size projects in the $15M–$30M range with accountability for outcomes.
• Manage budget, schedule, contracts, plans and specifications in Procore.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports.
• Review and approve field cost expenditures.
• Manage PCOs, CORs, change orders, CCAs, ACAs and subcontracts as required.
• Coordinate with VDC team on clash detection and constructability.
