You will manage budgets, contracts, and subcontractors, while coordinating with preconstruction and VDC teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and owner-facing communication, with Procore and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of luxury residential construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen, leadership, and owner-facing communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Procore.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification required or willingness to obtain; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-size luxury residential projects with responsibility for quality, safety, profitability, and owner satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, plans, and specifications in Procore.
• Read and follow owner contracts; provide monthly cost projections and progress reports.
• Review and approve field cost expenditures and manage pay requests.
• Coordinate preconstruction cost estimating, subcontractor participation, and value engineering.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and safety/quality standards; supervise field team.
• Closeout the project financially and maintain client relationships post-completion.
