Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Project Manager II in West Palm Beach to lead mid-size projects with a strong focus on quality, integrity, and profitability.

You will independently drive projects in the $15M–$30M range, overseeing budget, schedule, contracts, plans, and field operations in collaboration with preconstruction, design teams, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-size projects in the $15M–$30M range with accountability for quality, safety, financial performance, and owner satisfaction.
• Manage the budget, schedule, contracts, plans, and specifications for assigned projects in Procore.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports comparing baseline vs. actual and critical path.
• Review and approve all field cost expenditures.
• Coordinate with preconstruction on cost estimating, subcontractor participation, and value engineering.
