You will oversee budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications, while ensuring adherence to Hedrick Brothers' GRIT values. The candidate will bring 7+ years of construction experience, a bachelor''s degree preferred, and strong leadership and owner-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen, leadership, and owner-facing communication.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification required or willingness to obtain; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
• Valid Florida driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project leadership & financial ownership for budgets, plans and specifications in Procore.
• Read, understand, and follow owner contracts.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports showing baseline vs. actual.
• Review and approve all field cost expenditures.
• Manage PCOs, CORs, change orders, CCAs, ACAs, direct material purchases, bonds, submittals, RFIs, and warranties.
• Process and manage owner and subcontractor pay requests timely.
• Partner with preconstruction on cost estimating, subcontractor participation, value engineering, constructability, and owner proposals.
• Develop complete trade partner and material supplier scopes of work.
• Negotiate, create, and process subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and safety/quality standards.
• Manage punch lists; coordinate with VDC team on clash detection.
• Directly supervise Superintendents and project team members.
• Close out the project financially and update cost reports within 30 days of final inspection.
• Maintain positive communication with office, owner, architect, and inspectors.
