Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 required or willingness to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in the $15M-$30M range with responsibility for outcomes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports.
• Review and approve field cost expenditures and change orders.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, VDC, and field teams; supervise staff.
