Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant luxury residential construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen, leadership, and owner-facing communication.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid-size luxury residential projects with accountability for quality, safety, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and manage cost projections, plans, and specifications in Procore.
• Review contracts, process pay requests, and coordinate change orders and submittals.
• Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with owner, architect, inspectors, and team.
