Hedrick Brothers Construction, a West Palm Beach-based general contractor, is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid-size luxury residential projects from planning through closeout. You will drive project success with emphasis on quality, safety, schedule, and profitability, while maintaining client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing budgets in Procore, reviewing contracts, producing cost projections, coordinating with preconstruction, and supervising field

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of relevant luxury residential construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and owner-facing communication.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification required or willingness to obtain; OSHA 30-Hour preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mid-size projects of increasing complexity to meet goals.
• Manage budget, plans, and specifications for assigned projects in Procore.
• Read, understand, and follow owner contracts; provide monthly cost projections.
• Review and approve field cost expenditures; manage pay requests.
• Coordinate with preconstruction on cost estimating, value engineering, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain project schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Directly supervise Superintendent(s), AP Manager, and vendors.
