Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a Project Manager III to lead our largest, most complex projects with quality and profitability. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships while upholding GRIT values and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of commercial construction experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam. OSHA 30 and CPR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and leadership on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Accept ultimate responsibility for project success — quality assurance, safety, financial performance, and owner satisfaction.
• Scope: independently lead the largest and most complex projects, carrying full responsibility for the outcome.
• Manage the budget, schedule, plans, and specifications for assigned project(s) in Procore.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports showing baseline vs. actual and critical path.
• Read, understand, and follow owner contracts.
• Review and approve all field cost expenditures.
• Manage PCOs, CORs, change orders, CCAs, ACAs, direct material purchases, bonds, submittals, RFIs, and warranties.
• Process and manage owner and subcontractor pay requests timely.
