Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Project Manager II to provide leadership, planning, and oversight on mid-size projects in Florida. You will independently lead projects in the $15M–$30M range, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability, while managing the project team.

Responsibilities include budget control, schedules, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and warranties, with monthly cost projections and earned value reporting. A strong focus on owner satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• First Aid / CPR preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Accept ultimate responsibility for project success — quality, safety, financial performance, and owner satisfaction.
• Lead projects in the $15M–$30M range with full accountability.
• Manage budget, schedule, contracts, plans, and specs for assigned project(s) in Procore.
• Provide monthly cost projections and progress reports comparing baseline vs. actual.
• Review and approve all field cost expenditures.
• Manage PCOs, CORs, change orders, CCAs, ACAs, direct material purchases, bonds, submittals, RFIs, pay requests, and warranties.
