Johnson Controls in Tempe, AZ is seeking an organized, customer-focused Operations Support professional to coordinate installation projects and permitting, schedule technicians, and ensure on-time delivery of materials. The role requires strong multitasking ability, professional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You will liaise with internal teams and customers, handle project onboarding within 48 hours of booking, manage permits, and support the branch with EHS documentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects and permitting as needed.
• Schedule installations from initial contact to closeout with internal departments.
• Contact customers within 48 hours of job booking to start onboarding.
• Oversee submission and approval of permits and track approvals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure site readiness and material delivery.
• Schedule technicians and subcontractors to ensure on-time visits.
• Prepare documents with installation details and forms before project start.
• Maintain install and permitting updates in TIP for visibility.
• Drive timely closeout of installations and assist with other tasks as needed.
