Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.
• Ability to train staff and ensure adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Exhibit sound leadership and uphold Crown Laundry culture; respect employees and policy adherence.
• Fill in and assist with other positions to meet production goals; tie-out and production positions as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment operating smoothly.
• Ensure safety by supporting monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues.
