You will optimize staffing through scheduling, control labor costs, and ensure training and adherence to quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, meticulous organizational skills, and collaboration with maintenance and safety committees to uphold Crown Laundry’s policies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent collaboration across teams and with maintenance.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Ensure safety by coordinating monthly safety committee meetings.
• Prepare production reports and communicate targets and achievements.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to meet production goals.
