Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management for Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments.

You will lead multiple areas, manage labor costs, and ensure training and quality standards are met, while collaborating with maintenance and safety committees to keep the plant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with production safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure that production goals are met.
• Work in collaboration with maintenance to keep equipment operating.
• Uphold safety by ensuring monthly safety committee meetings and addressing issues.
