Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management across production, soil room, and washroom areas.

Responsibilities include leading soil room and washroom teams, optimizing staffing, controlling labor costs, maintaining training standards, and ensuring quality and production targets are met in a fast-paced environment with strong collaboration with maintenance and safety committees.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flourishing in a fast pace and measuring/communicating results.
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead soil room and washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Exhibit leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Work in constant collaboration with maintenance to maintain equipment.
• Uphold safety by ensuring safety committee meetings are held monthly on relevant topics.
• Track and communicate production targets and results via a Production Board.
• Responsible for ensuring production reports are completed correctly everyday for supervised employees.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented, taught and followed.
• Handle administrative duties and generate reports as needed.
