You will coordinate staffing through scheduling, monitor productivity, train staff, uphold safety, and collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running while reporting production progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead production role in a related environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple departments (production, soil, washroom).

Responsibilities

• Lead soil room and washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Schedule staffing to ensure adequate coverage and manage labor costs.
• Train employees and uphold quality and production standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Promote Crown Laundry safety culture and conduct monthly safety discussions.
• Prepare production reports and communicate targets and achievements to staff.
• Fill in for other positions as needed to meet production needs.
