Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations and staff management.

The role requires leadership, ability to train staff, manage labor costs, and maintain quality and production standards while collaborating with maintenance and office staff.

Qualifications

• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation.
• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with measurable results.
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Exhibit leadership consistent with Crown Laundry culture and respect for policies.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Uphold safety by organizing monthly safety committee meetings and addressing violations.
• Track production targets and communicate updates via production board and meetings.
• Ensure product quality by documenting, teaching, and following formulas and processes.
• Handle administrative duties: generate timely reports and coordinate new hire paperwork.
