Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments. You will lead staff, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency across operations.

You will collaborate with maintenance, oversee training, and generate timely production reports while driving cost-conscious practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets.
• Model Crown Laundry culture and uphold safety practices.
• Fill in and assist with other positions to meet production needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Ensure production targets, metrics and reports are communicated to staff.
