Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations across the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments, with strong staff management and daily direction.

You will lead staffing through scheduling, train employees, ensure quality standards, collaborate with maintenance, and uphold safety practices while reporting production results to leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of production experience in a related environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture: listen to employees and model respect for policies and procedures.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Uphold safety by ensuring safety committee meetings are held monthly on relevant topics.
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements: production board, department meetings, and daily reports.
