Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Manager, Production Scheduling to lead the non-sterile compounding scheduling team. You will translate production plans into executable schedules ensuring timely finished goods, minimizing waste and downtime.

You will collaborate with planning teams, optimize workforce, and develop capacity models to support forecasted demand and inventory objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production scheduling, planning, or resource planning with leadership experience.
• Proficient in inventory concepts and financial/operational implications.
• Pharma or pharmacy production experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel data manipulation and Excel lookups.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the scheduling team with priorities and coaching.
• Own non-sterile compounding schedule end to end, weekly and daily.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable compounding schedules.
• Collaborate across operations planning with demand planning and production.
• Plan capacity, overtime, shifts, and staffing optimization.
• Translate demand into labor, machine time, and equipment plans.
• Develop capacity models and what-if scenarios for staffing decisions.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and drive schedule adherence.
• Implement dashboards and KPIs for real-time resource allocation.
• Drive improvements to reduce cycle times and improve adherence.
