Job summary

Hims & Hers in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Manager, Production Scheduling to lead our non-sterile compounding scheduling team. You will translate production plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules that maximize labor and materials efficiency while meeting forecasted demand and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production scheduling with leadership experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production scheduling, planning, or resource planning with leadership experience.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups, PivotTables, and data connections.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
• Pharmaceutical or pharmacy production experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production schedulers.
• Own end-to-end non-sterile compounding schedules weekly and daily.
• Translate forecast and demand into executable compounding schedules.
• Collaborate with production planners and demand planning to align with the plan of record.
• Coordinate capacity constraints and staffing, including overtime and shifts.
• Translate demand into labor, machine time, and equipment utilization.
• Develop capacity models and what-if scenarios for staffing decisions.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Implement dashboards and KPIs to track schedule status and forecast accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and scale processes.
