Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments, ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management.

You will lead teams, coordinate with maintenance, and uphold Crown Laundry policies to meet daily and weekly production goals. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining quality standards and safety practices across all shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals with efficient processes.
• Schedule staffing to ensure adequate coverage and manage labor costs.
• Train employees and uphold quality and production standards.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals and costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Promote safety through monthly safety meetings and address violations.
• Communicate production targets and results via Production Board and meetings.
• Handle administrative duties and assist with new hire paperwork.
• Move employees between stations to meet production requirements.
