Qualifications

• 3+ years production experience in a related production environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals
• Oversee ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets
• Ensure safety by participating in monthly safety committee meetings
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
• Prepare and present production reports and communicate targets to staff
• Provide cover for various production positions as needed
