Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Supervisor Production to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and safety policies. You will drive improvements, report labor, and maintain production targets.

This role requires leading a team, coordinating with other departments, and performing routine maintenance and training to meet quality and cost goals on a 6am–6pm 2-2-2 schedule.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/beverage environments.
• GMP and HACCP knowledge and training.
• Ability to read production schedules and SOPs, and train staff.

Mansioni

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE and safety procedures.
• Lead and direct the work of other employees.
• Draft and post weekly employee schedules based on production needs.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, yield and efficiency.
• Perform daily/weekly maintenance and end-of-shift duties.

Conoscenze

Experience in fast-moving consumer/g­o

Formazione

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Science or Business or related discipline

High school diploma or equivalent
