Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments. You will lead daily activities, set staffing, control labor costs, and ensure safety and quality across operations.

You will also mentor staff, collaborate with maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of production experience in a related environment, ideally in a lead role.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to flourish in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes; ensure staffing via scheduling and training while meeting quality standards.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production goals through efficient processes and proper staffing, training, and quality control.
• Exhibit sound leadership in Crown Laundry culture; listen to employees and model respect for policies and procedures.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met (tie-out, production positions, etc.).
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in working order.
• Prioritize safety by coordinating monthly safety meetings and addressing violations with the Plant Manager.
• Communicate production targets and achievements via a Production Board; hold department meetings and finalize daily production reports.
• Ensure product quality by documenting, teaching, and following formulas and processes.
• Handle administrative duties: generate reports and work with office staff on paperwork and reporting.
