Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production, Soil room, and Washroom departments. The role focuses on safe, cost-efficient operations and effective staff management to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Responsibilities include leading Soil room, Washroom, ironing, and tumble fold areas; managing staffing through scheduling; collaborating with maintenance; and upholding safety through monthly committee meetings and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• At least 3 years of production experience in a related environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient processes.
• Oversee ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets and maintain quality.
• Model Crown Laundry culture and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other positions as needed to support production goals.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Ensure safety meetings are held monthly and address violations promptly.
• Communicate production targets and achievements through visible boards and team meetings.
• Ensure production reports are completed accurately for supervised staff.
