Job summary

Cox Automotive, a leader in automotive and wholesale technology, seeks a Lead Product Manager for Lot Operations Modernization. You will own problem areas, drive discovery, and shape a 6-9 month roadmap while partnering with engineering, UX, and data teams to prototype and validate AI-enhanced solutions.

You will mentor other product managers, advocate rigorous discovery, and communicate risk and tradeoffs to executives. Requires US work authorization and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience; or a master's degree and 4 years; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years with no degree.
• Proven track record leading discovery and turning it into a fundable business case.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization and drive direction.
• Lead end-to-end discovery, research with field users, and problem validation.
• Translate problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Define and monitor a 6-9 month roadmap.
• Build business cases and funding documents for release-train decisions.
• Partner with engineering, UX, data/analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
