Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Lot Operations Modernization team in the United States. You will own high-impact problem spaces, drive discovery end-to-end, and shape a 6–9 month roadmap, collaborating with engineering, UX, and data teams to prototype and validate AI-enhanced solutions.

You will mentor PMs, influence PI planning, and communicate progress to executives, while defining KPIs and ensuring strategic alignment with the release train.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Proven track record leading discovery and turning it into fundable business cases.
• Ability to translate complex operations into clear product strategy and requirements.
• Experience coaching other product managers and working in SAFe environments.

Responsibilities

• Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization and define roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end discovery, engage field users, validate problems.
• Translate problems into specifications and resolve ambiguity.
• Define 6- to 9-month roadmap and build investment documents.
• Partner with engineering, UX, data/analytics to prototype and validate solutions.
• Mentor other PMs and represent product area in PI planning and leadership events.
