Job summary

Spring Health in New York City is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Growth to join our Client Experience team. You will own top-of-funnel growth, activation, and onboarding for new clients, partnering with Growth Marketing and product engineering to accelerate a data-driven flywheel.

You will leverage AI tools to prototype and scale experiments, optimize the martech stack, and collaborate with analytics, design, and partnerships to deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with growth focus.
• Proven track record in top-of-funnel growth and activation.
• Strong experience in experiments and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for top-of-funnel member growth and activation.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to build scalable acquisition campaigns.
• Design and enhance marketplace surfaces to help users find care quickly.
• Prototype with AI tools and accelerate product execution with data.
• Integrate AI features to improve acquisition and conversion goals.
• Lead high-velocity A/B tests across the user journey.
• Collaborate with Eng, Design, Data Science, and Marketing.
