Job summary

Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth for a hybrid role across hubs (LA, NYC, Denver, SF). You will own the end-to-end growth funnel and AI-powered features, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to drive activation and ongoing engagement.

The role emphasizes experimentation, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional leadership in a mission-driven health tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience with growth/acquisition/lifecycle focus.
• Structured experimentation (A/B tests) with data-driven prioritization.
• Comfort using SQL or analytics tools to self-serve insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineers, designers, marketers, and clinicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate problems into clear specs/roadmaps.
• Experience shipping AI-powered product features is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare/telehealth or regulated/trust-sensitive industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth funnel: awareness → sign-up → intake → first session → ongoing engagement.
• Identify top levers to grow active users and drive feature adoption, building a prioritized roadmap.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, scheduling, and re-engagement flows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship features that increase engagement.
• Define and track north-star metrics (WAU, sessions per active, churn) alongside acquisition metrics.
• Identify underused features and drive initiatives to expand reach and adoption.
• Develop AI-powered features to drive activation and engagement.
• Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into product requirements.
• Foster a strong testing culture with hypotheses, measurement, and rapid iteration.
