The role collaborates across R&D, Legal, Medical Affairs, and growth teams, delivering measurable revenue and pipeline outcomes while expanding care access and impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience across startup or hypergrowth environments.
• Top-tier consulting background strongly preferred with 1-2 years operating at hypergrowth.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
• Ability to define plans in ambiguous situations and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Stand up new bets from scratch — own the hypothesis, prove the unit economics, and determine the path to scale.
• Leverage data-driven insights and BI to shape products and ventures.
• Design lean in-market experiments to signal product-market-fit.
• Mobilize cross-functional stakeholders to bring bets to market.
• Identify and integrate AI and automation to speed and improve output.
• Stay current on AI trends and industry benchmarks and apply learnings.
