Ramp is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to lead acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our product suite. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to identify opportunities, run experiments, and scale AI-powered growth experiences.

In-person collaboration at our NYC or SF offices is expected for at least 2 days per week. You will own the growth roadmap, define KPIs, and mentor cross-functional teams while leveraging data and AI to drive

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field.
• 4+ years of product management experience, building technical products from ideation to launch.
• Data-Driven Mindset – Fluency in crafting data-driven narratives and using SQL.

• Leadership & Collaboration – align across cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
• Passion for AI, with hands-on building or side projects and current trend knowledge.
• Fluency with prototyping tools and design collaboration environments.

• Develop and execute a growth product strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Own the roadmap, priorities, and execution for a defined growth surface area.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of growth experiences including AI-powered onboarding and discovery.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to deliver initiatives.
• Conduct customer research and analyze metrics to improve adoption.
• Define and track growth KPIs and run controlled experiments where feasible.
• Evaluate AI-powered experiences for growth impact, ensuring accuracy and trust.
• Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and scale practices.
