Job summary

Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the end-to-end growth funnel and drive activation, retention, and engagement across the member journey. You will bridge product, marketing, data, and AI to prototype features and accelerate learning.

You will work in a hybrid environment (2 days in-office) from hubs in LA, NYC, Denver, or SF, focusing on experiments, AI-powered experiences, and data-informed roadmaps to impact care access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience with growth/acquisition/lifecycle focus.
• Structured experimentation experience (A/B tests, funnel optimization) and data-driven prioritization.
• Proficiency with SQL or analytics tools to self-serve insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data, marketing, and clinical ops.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel: awareness → sign-up → intake → first session → ongoing engagement.
• Identify top levers for growing active users and build a prioritized experiments roadmap.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, matching, scheduling, and re-engagement flows.
