Job summary

Ramp in New York and San Francisco is seeking a Growth-focused Product Manager to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our product suite. You will work with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to build a data-driven growth strategy rooted in customer insight.

You will lead AI-powered growth initiatives, manage a defined growth surface, and collaborate across teams to measure impact and scale successful experiments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field.
• 4+ years of product management experience in technical products.
• Data-driven mindset; enjoy writing SQL and using data to shape strategy.
• Leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for AI with hands-on building or prototyping.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and collaboration platforms like Figma and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth product strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Own the roadmap and execution for a defined growth surface area.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of growth experiences, including AI-powered onboarding and recommendations.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to deliver initiatives.
• Conduct customer research and analyze metrics to reduce friction and improve adoption.
• Define and track growth KPIs and run controlled experiments.
• Evaluate AI-powered experiences for growth impact, accuracy, transparency, and safety.
