Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Staff Product Manager for Credit & Pricing to shape how consumers discover, understand, and use available credit. You’ll own the strategy for credit experiences spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex credit capabilities into intuitive products that build trust and drive activation, conversion, and repeat engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech/e-commerce or similar.
• Ability to set direction for a substantial product area and align multiple teams.
• Strong judgment translating complex systems into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences and set priorities across teams.
• Build experiences that help consumers explore financing options before checkout.
• Develop personalized journeys using research and experimentation.
• Connect platform capabilities to outcomes like purchasing power and credit readiness.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, and Legal.
• Define success, run discovery/experimentation, and improve activation and conversion.
