Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager on the Credit & Pricing team to shape how consumers discover and use credit. You’ll own the strategy for credit experiences spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex capabilities into intuitive products that build trust and drive activation.

You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and legal, translate tradeoffs into clear decisions, and measure success through activation, conversion, and repeat

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience from discovery through launch and scaling adoption.
• Leadership across teams, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning priorities.
• Strong consumer product judgment with clear communication and trust.
• Strategic and technical depth connecting opportunities to platform decisions.
• Analytical and experimental rigor using research and data to prioritize opportunities.
• Ownership in ambiguity with structured decision making and risk communication.
• Domain curiosity in credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction with a cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences across teams.
• Build experiences that help consumers explore financing options before checkout.
• Develop personalized journeys using research and experimentation to meet needs.
• Connect platform capabilities to outcomes, partnering with purchasing power and credit teams.
