Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Credit & Pricing to shape how consumers discover and use credit. You’ll own strategy across shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex credit capabilities into intuitive experiences that build trust and engagement.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal to balance customer needs with risk and partner commitments, guiding decisions with clear recommendations and data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with success taking products from discovery through launch and scaling adoption.
• Ability to independently set direction for a substantial product area and align multiple teams.
• Strong consumer product judgment translating complex systems into intuitive experiences.
• Strategic depth; work with engineers on platform decisions that serve multiple experiences.
• Analytical and experimental rigor with data-driven prioritization.
• Ownership in ambiguity with structured decision-making and clear rationale.
• Relevant domain curiosity in credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and priorities across multiple teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Build experiences that help consumers explore financing options and understand purchasing power.
• Develop personalized journeys using research and experimentation to meet user needs.
• Connect platform capabilities to consumer outcomes, partnering with credit and purchasing power teams.
• Lead cross-functional decisions with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal.
• Define success, run discovery/experimentation, and improve activation, conversion, and engagement through data.
