Affirm is seeking a Staff Product Manager on the Credit & Pricing team to shape how consumers discover and use credit. You will own strategy for credit experiences spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex capabilities into intuitive products that build trust and activate users.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal to resolve tradeoffs, define success, and drive measurable activation and

• 7+ years in product management with successful fintech or related launches.
• Ability to set direction for a large product area and align teams.
• Strong judgment translating complex systems into intuitive experiences.
• Strategic and technical depth with collaboration with engineers.
• Analytical and experimental rigor using research and data.

Responsabilités

• Define a cohesive product vision for consumer credit experiences across shopping and repayment.
• Develop personalized consumer journeys for new and returning users.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal to resolve tradeoffs.
• Lead discovery and experimentation; use funnel analysis to drive activation and conversion.
