Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Product Designer for the Admin team to shape experiences for administrators configuring and governing the platform at scale.

You will drive AI-powered capabilities with a focus on trust, explainability, and user control, while coordinating with Product, Eng, and Research to deliver cohesive admin workflows.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Experience Design and emphasizes collaboration across product areas to ensure consistent patterns.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years designing enterprise, consumer, and/or mobile experiences.
• Experience designing complex enterprise software and admin tools.
• 2+ years mentoring junior designers and leading teams.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC or Sketch; strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define the experience direction for Docusign Admin and translate into scalable product experiences.
• Own design strategy for complex admin workflows from concept to shipped features.
• Create AI-powered admin experiences with trust, transparency and governance.
• Apply responsible AI principles to enterprise design and user control.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng, Research, Content Design and other teams.
