Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own a critical area of our product portfolio. You will partner with Product and Engineering to define problems worth solving and guide cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery.

You’ll translate the needs of first responders into thoughtful, scalable experiences across dispatch, records, analytics, and mobile apps, raising the bar for craft, design systems, and leadership while shaping our product strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional product design experience with ownership of shipped software.

Responsibilities

• Set the design direction for a critical product area, identifying the most important customer and product problems to solve and creating a clear vision for how the experience should evolve over time.
